This web site has been developed to introduce VandenBergh & Associates
(V&A), an independent, multifaceted firm created to aid clients
in eliminating obstacles, reducing costs, improving processes, and maintaining
or increasing market share all resulting in increased bottom lines.
V&A aids clients through Consulting, Contracting or in acting as
a Manufacturer’s Representative, providing both hard and soft
products primarily to the thermal spray industry.

- We will never recruit new clients at the expense of servicing current clients.
- We will always present an honest appraisal, even if it results in the termination of the relationship.
- We will not accept an assignment if the personality match or the talent match is not evident during the initial interview or subsequent conversations.
- We will not take an assignment unless comfortable with the scope of work or time requirement.
- We will work with the client in finding sub contractors when needed.
- We will honor confidentialities.
- When we know it we will give credit where credit is due.
